By Air

Our nearest airport is Inverness Airport, around 1 hour 45 minutes away by car, with regular direct flights from Heathrow, Gatwick and Amsterdam. For a wider range of international connections, Edinburgh Airport is around 2 hours 25 minutes away and Glasgow Airport around 2 hours 45 minutes away.

By Train

There are a few ways to get here by train, but you will need to arrange transport from the station. The most direct and beautiful route is via Glasgow to Tulloch, on the Mallaig train. Alternatively, you can take the train from Edinburgh to Kingussie. Tulloch station, which is only 20 minutes from the lodge is also served by the Caledonian Sleeper – surely the most romantic way to get from London to the Highlands.

By Car

From Edinburgh, Glasgow and the south, follow the A9 north and leave at Dalwhinnie, taking the A889 towards Laggan before joining the A86 west.

From Inverness and the north, follow the A9 south towards Kingussie, then take the A86 west towards Spean Bridge.

From Fort William, Oban and the west, make your way to Spean Bridge and follow the A86 east towards Kingussie.

For the turn-off from the A86, use ///feels.exile.thundered.

You can navigate directly to Moy Lodge or Moy Cottage in Google Maps.

Access is through an electronic gate and along a private road. The gate code will be provided before arrival.
