Moy Lodge and Combined Booking Terms apply when you book Moy Lodge directly, or when you book Moy Lodge and Moy Cottage together.
If you book through another booking platform, that platform’s applicable payment, cancellation and damage-claim terms will also apply. The property details, house rules and other conditions disclosed in the listing and booking confirmation form part of your booking.
If there is a conflict concerning a direct booking, the applicable property booking terms, accepted quotation and booking confirmation take priority over these general website terms.

Any mandatory charges will be shown before a direct online booking is completed. Optional extras will be identified separately.
No VAT is currently charged.
Before completing a direct Cottage booking, you will be asked to read and accept the Moy Cottage Direct Booking Terms.
Moy Lodge and combined bookings are individually arranged. The relevant Moy Lodge and Combined Booking Terms will be provided with or linked from the quotation before the booking is confirmed.
Your booking confirmation should be kept for future reference.
Airbnb, Vrbo and other booking platforms operate their own systems and may apply their own:
Payment arrangements.
Cancellation and refund policies.
Guest-service fees.
Damage-claim procedures.
Platform rules and protections.
Please read the applicable platform terms before booking.
Moy’s property details, occupancy limits, safety information and house rules disclosed through the platform or booking confirmation must also be followed.
